AACC Convention Registration Fees and Products (2019)
AACC offers the following registration categories:
Type | Definition |
Member | A community college, campus, district, state office, educational associate, or corporate partner that is an AACC member in good standing |
Non-Member College | A community college or university accredited by one of the regional accrediting agencies that does not have a current AACC membership. |
Faculty Member or Non-Member | Defined as professor, associate professor, instructor or faculty employed with a member or nonmember college. This category does not include employees who also hold administrative positions. |
Graduate Student Member or Non-Member | Individual enrolled in a doctoral program; Graduate students employed by member colleges are eligible for the member rate.
To receive the graduate student rate, an individual must be currently enrolled in a doctoral program, and must upload a letter of proof of current enrollment from the university’s registrar or the director of the doctoral program. The letter must be on the institution’s letterhead. The registration will remain in pending status until the letter of enrollment is reviewed and verified. |
Spouse/Partner Member of Non-Member | The spouse/partner registration is an add-on to Member and Non-Member College registrations. A spouse/partner is a life partner in a marriage, civil union, domestic partnership or common-law marriage. |
Corporate | The corporate registration rate applies to any business entity no enrolled in the AACC Corporate Program. |
AACC is pleased to offer a single registration option for each registration category which includes:
- Opening session
- 1 Opening reception drink ticket
- Access to the Super Spotlight and Spotlight Sessions, and forum sessions
- Access to the innovations showplace (i.e., exhibit hall)
Note: Each meal event (Hail and Farewell Luncheon, Awards of Excellence Gala, Outstanding Alumni Brunch) requires a ticket and should be added to your package at the time that you register. The association will not sell any meal tickets after registration closes or onsite.

If scheduled speakers are not registered for the convention as a member, non-member, corporate partner or exhibitor, they must register as a speaker only, which will allow them entry into the room(s) where their presentations are scheduled. Speaker only registration does not cover other sessions, or ticketed events.

Individuals interested in attending a day of sessions can opt for a day rate registration. Only one day-rate can be purchased. Individuals are not allowed to purchase and combine two date rates. Day rates do not include ticketed events.

Tickets for the following plenaries are available until March 28, 2019. After March 28, 2019, AACC will not sell any tickets. Meal tickets will not be available onsite.
